This is a third and last in the series on how to increase your productivity in your everyday life so that you feel more vibrant and energised. If you like to learn more about techniques I wrote before, you will find these in two other blog posts.


Whether you are new here or you are a regular reader, the first technique is universal - take a break from your mobile phone. I have found that a Sunday is the best day to practise, and I call it “Sunday unplugged”. You can even add your laptop or TV and turn it off but start small with your mobile phone switched off. And I can guarantee that you will be more focused and will connect with yourself and others on a different level with a greater perspective on life. Let technology serve us and not the other way around.


The second thing is being more mindful about your body, mind and soul on a daily basis. I have already touched on these in the previous blog posts but I cannot highlight more how these would change your life and your productivity as well. Research and find techniques that work for you in the “body, mind, soul triangle” that would be challenging enough so that you can grow and  simple enough that you will keep practising them. And if you skip one day, come back and continue the next day.


And last but not least, I would like to introduce you to 3 mentors and their concepts that helped me the most with my productivity.
